1. Provide favorable suggestions and opinions on technical data and technical proposals;

2. Participate in the formulation of technical design schemes according to design requirements;

3. Independently complete research and development and design work, including drawing relevant drawings and outputting design data;

4. Design components based on data and promptly identify various design issues and potential problems;

5. Select reasonable heat treatment and machining processes for parts according to the design task book and design supporting fixtures;

6. Master the project design process and control design time nodes;

7. Coordinate and communicate with electrical designers to promptly address electrical and mechanical integration issues;

8. Provide creative design ideas and suggestions for project design and can control design costs to some extent;

9. Have a good understanding of non-standard design selection;

10. Familiar with machining processes, heat treatment processes, and material selection for parts.

1. Full-time associate degree or above in Mechanical Automation, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Design;

2. Priority given to those with more than 3 years of experience in non-standard equipment design for automobiles;

3. Proficiency in 3D modeling software, CAD, and related office software is required;

4. Possess individual work capability, work conscientiously, have good communication skills, and demonstrate a strong spirit of teamwork;

5. Candidates with independent design experience in non-standard automation projects are preferred.
